Having completed a 5-day intensive Mediator Training Program, I am walking away with not just skills but a new mindset. Thank you Maadhyam ! This journey has been truly transformative giving me a deeper understanding of conflict dynamics, active listening, mediation techniques and the value of neutrality and empathy in resolving disputes. Behind every conflict are human emotions seeking understanding. When people feel heard, healing begins. Grateful for the trainers, fellow participants and everyone that shaped these past few days. Excited to take these skills forward and contribute to more constructive, peaceful and dignified dispute resolution. Here’s to growth, communication and bridging differences!

The whole training both physical and virtual was really good. Everything was easy to understand and very helpful. I especially liked the practical role plays. I learned a lot during the training. Everyone was great and Shusheela Ma’am and Jawad Sir were truly amazing. I also want to share that I have selective mutism and a fear of speaking in public. That’s why I couldn't ask questions on the mic. I am working on improving this and the training has motivated me to become more confident. I am very thankful to Chandiok Sir for giving me this opportunity and I thank the entire Madhyam team for the wonderful mediation training.
